When I started out in business, whether it was marketing and promotion to selling and dealing with money, all of these business-related activities felt really uncomfortable and unnatural because I thought I had to be someone I wasn't.
That stress caused me to feel disconnected and act in a way that not only didn’t feel good to me, but often didn’t ‘land’ the way I had hoped with others, which caused me to turn away clients and income and dislike marketing and business even more!
Over time I discovered that those tendencies that worked against me when I was under stress, were actually unique and special qualities that my clients loved and valued about me when I was in a relaxed state.
When I finally allowed myself to be natural, my unique way of connecting actually started supporting my business!
This report is about giving yourself permission to be who you are.
I used to think that to be good at business, I had to be some "business-y" version of myself. Now I know, being myself is all I would ever need to be.

Here are the main ways that a Dreamer, in a state of distress, can push away clients and income.
Disconnection:
Being so comfortable in your imagination and connection to the spirit world can create a disconnection from material reality. Feeling unstable or ungrounded can show up as disorganization, a lack of focus on financial matters or having difficulty bringing all of these genius ideas into material reality. Your ability to let go of things easily can also lead you to give up on your commitments when they get challenging or uncomfortable.
Hiding:
You tend to avoid opportunities to be visible and promote your business for fear of subjecting yourself to possible judgement and criticism or the opposite: being dismissed or ignored. You may procrastinate when it comes to reaching out to new or existing leads for fear of bothering them, or when sharing your message at a social gathering, people don't seem to "get it" -- which can be discouraging! You tend to prefer working alone and avoid asking for support or pursuing collaborations which could advance your business plans more effectively.
Distraction:
Your mind and imagination can really run wild! Whether it's from all of the choices before you, staying focused on your goals, or making decisions, the abundance of ideas and perspectives running through your mind and imagination can lead to confusion, getting trapped in analysis-paralysis, perfectionism or other forms of procrastination which cause you to re-work your plans and projects or delay your progress.

Mudra: Earth mudra
Mudras are an ancient technique, a sort of "hand yoga" that bypasses the mind and directs the movement of energy through the body/mind in a particular way.
As a meditation, using Ujjayi breath (CLICK HERE to learn Ujjayi Breath) or using long deep breaths, sit comfortably for a few minutes with both your hands in Earth Mudra (aka. Prithvi mudra) by gently joining the tips of your thumb and ring finger on each hand. This mudra encourages groundedness, stability, strength and stamina.
