When I started out in business, whether it was marketing and promotion to selling and dealing with money, all of these business-related activities felt really uncomfortable and unnatural because I thought I had to be someone I wasn't.
That stress caused me to feel disconnected and act in a way that not only didn’t feel good to me, but often didn’t ‘land’ the way I had hoped with others, which caused me to turn away clients and income and dislike marketing and business even more!
Over time I discovered that those tendencies that worked against me when I was under stress, were actually unique and special qualities that my clients loved and valued about me when I was in a relaxed state.
When I finally allowed myself to be natural, my unique way of connecting actually started supporting my business!
This report is about giving yourself permission to be who you are.
I used to think that to be good at business, I had to be some "business-y" version of myself. Now I know, being myself is all I would ever need to be.

Here are the main ways that the Lover when under stress, can push away clients and income:
Neediness & Dependence:
Not everyone will be as comfortable with the level of intimacy you are capable of! The warmth of connection taken too far can feel needy or demanding to others, which can drain their energy and cause them to disconnect from you and result in you feeling abandoned or rejected. You may be overly driven by your needs (whether it's for attention, substances, comforts..etc.), which when unfulfilled lead you to suffer unnecessarily.
As someone who realizes the power of collaboration and mutual support, you may ask for help, but when uninvited or excessive it can feel burdensome, draining or demanding to others, you may not receive the support you're after.
Doubting your abilities:
There can be a pervasive fear of not having enough or 'scarcity mindset' and when your business actions don't yield the expected results, it can lead to discouragement, self-doubt, and questioning your abilities. A fear of having to do it on your own can make you doubt your abilities and believe that in order to be successful, you require others to provide you with answers and support. Experiencing setbacks or failure can be very discouraging as it is often interpreted as a personal inadequacy rather than a "happening" or an experiment that didn't go as planned, and that can lead to a feelings of sadness or defeat.

Mantras
When I recognize my capability, I can access the resources I need to succeed and thrive.
I am inherently worthy of everything I need.
The approval of others does not define my success or failure.
Being sensitive and emotional are gifts of depth and humanity.
I am full and complete in and of myself.
Mudra: Shuni mudra
Mudras are an ancient technique, a sort of "hand yoga" that bypasses the mind and directs the movement of energy through the body/mind in a particular way.
As a meditation, using Ujjayi breath (CLICK HERE to learn Ujjayi Breath) or using long deep breaths, sit comfortably for a few minutes with both your hands in Shuni Mudra (aka. the Seal of Patience) by gently joining the tips of the thumb and middle finger on each hand. This mudra encourages patience, compassion, understanding, commitment and to purify the emotions.
