When I started out in business, whether it was marketing and promotion to selling and dealing with money, all of these business-related activities felt really uncomfortable and unnatural because I thought I had to be someone I wasn't.
That stress caused me to feel disconnected and act in a way that not only didn’t feel good to me, but often didn’t ‘land’ the way I had hoped with others, which caused me to turn away clients and income and dislike marketing and business even more!
Over time I discovered that those tendencies that worked against me when I was under stress, were actually unique and special qualities that my clients loved and valued about me when I was in a relaxed state.
When I finally allowed myself to be natural, my unique way of connecting actually started supporting my business!
This report is about giving yourself permission to be who you are.
I used to think that to be good at business, I had to be some "business-y" version of myself. Now I know, being myself is all I would ever need to be.

Your Biggest Challenges…
All of your unique gifts are really GOOD things…until they aren't.
Here are some of the main ways that Stars in a state of distress, can push away clients and income.
Arrogance:
As a natural leader, your sense of confidence and self-assuredness taken too far can lead to a sense of entitlement and arrogance. There can be too strong a focus on your strengths, without a balanced (and humbling) appraisal of your weaknesses which can cause you to disconnect from your own feelings, lose your sensitivity to others and elicit a feeling of being larger than life. When you lose touch with your self, that big energy and fierce conviction in your promotion and visibility actions can come across as domineering, pushy, sales-y, aggressive, controlling, intimidating or manipulative.
Independence:
A fierce resolve to "do it on my own" can result in delayed progress for not taking the support and guidance that would create faster progress and bigger results. Dismissing helpful guidance can be disempowering for everyone involved, and may result in missed opportunities for collaboration, success and prosperity.
Competitiveness:
Competition can feel threatening and comparing yourself to others is that fast-track to misery! You set a high standard for yourself so you tend to be very critical of your own performance and take it really hard when you make mistakes or have your plans that don't go the way you had hoped for. Experiencing this fall from grace, especially when in the spotlight can make you doubt yourself and feel discouraged, frustrated or angry, which can deter you from moving forward with enthusiasm.

Mantras
When I collaborate with others, we all benefit exponentially.

Mudra: Prayer mudra
Mudras are an ancient technique, a sort of "hand yoga" that bypasses the mind and directs the movement of energy through the body/mind in a particular way.
As a meditation, using Ujjayi breath (CLICK HERE to learn Ujjayi Breath) or using long deep breaths, sit comfortably for a few minutes with both your hands in Prayer Mudra (aka. Anjali mudra) placing both your palms together over your breastbone, to encourage calm, groundedness, balance and humility.
