When I started out in business, whether it was marketing and promotion to selling and dealing with money, all of these business-related activities felt really uncomfortable and unnatural because I thought I had to be someone I wasn't.
That stress caused me to feel disconnected and act in a way that not only didn’t feel good to me, but often didn’t ‘land’ the way I had hoped with others, which caused me to turn away clients and income and dislike marketing and business even more!
Over time I discovered that those tendencies that worked against me when I was under stress, were actually unique and special qualities that my clients loved and valued about me when I was in a relaxed state.
When I finally allowed myself to be natural, my unique way of connecting actually started supporting my business!
This report is about giving yourself permission to be who you are.
I used to think that to be good at business, I had to be some "business-y" version of myself. Now I know, being myself is all I would ever need to be.

Your Biggest Challenges…
All of your unique gifts are really GOOD things…until they aren't.
Here are some of the main ways that the Thinker, when disconnected from her/himself or from others can push away clients and income in four fundamental areas of your business.
Perfectionism & Analysis Paralysis:
You set a very high standard that is perhaps, unattainable! Wanting to make sure your programs, info products or marketing plans are the best they can be keeps you stuck in the planning and analyzing stage and it delays their fruition. This need to "get it right" is motivated by a tendency to very self-critical and hard on yourself which can drain your energy and enthusiasm.
Being too rigid in your thinking:
When you're getting more visible/promoting your business, a tendency to feel comfortable hanging out in your intellect can cause you to detach from your emotions and become very stiff or robotic, which takes away from the spontaneity and dynamism in the moment.
You can judge or reject ideas (your own or someone else’s), people or resources too quickly, not recognizing the opportunity they hold for you. This can turn away potential pathways to abundance and delay the results you were hoping for!
Fear of not Knowing:
An orientation towards acquiring knowledge combined with a strong tendency to be self-critical makes it hard for you to accept making mistakes or showing that you don't always have all the answers! You might dread getting caught off-guard by an unexpected question at a live workshop or not knowing how to handle a situation. Making mistakes or not knowing what to say or do, can make you doubt yourself and feel discouraged or frustrated, which can stop you from continuing to show up, being visible and being in your expertise.
Because it's really important for you to know the answer and do the “right” thing, sometimes it can result in making assumptions or misunderstandings which can break rapport.

Mantras

Mudra: Chin mudra
Mudras are an ancient technique, a sort of "hand yoga" that bypasses the mind and directs the movement of energy through the body/mind in a particular way.
As a meditation, using Ujjayi breath (CLICK HERE to learn Ujjayi Breath) or long deep breaths, sit for a few minutes with your hands in Chin Mudra by gently joining the tips of the thumb and index fingers on each hand. This mudra helps to calm the mind, connect to your inner self and feel at ease with your body and feelings.
Quickstart Guide
Use your strong mind for logic and systems to organize and structure information, systematize business activities and create more efficiency. You may also consider advising people on logistical or technical matters, or on coordinating teams.
Create offers that allow you to showcase your critical, problem-solving abilities: e.g. editing, auditing, re-working or re-evaluating a project, creating assessments...etc.
Communicate using your voice, whether in audio or video.
